Hi there, I’m Louis Dessau!

Hi! I’m an underwater photographer & travel leader living in Columbia, South Carolina. Created See beneath the Sea concept in 1972 while attending Kent School in Connecticut. During vacation, my father Ralph and I produced a 16 mm documentary “En Defensa Del Mar” alerting people about sea creatures impacted by pollution.

Still trying to protect sea creatures, profits from sales of my photographs are contributed to entities protecting our oceans.
